What is counselling, and how can it help me?

It provides a safe and confidential space to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences, with the goal of fostering self-awareness, healing, and personal growth. Counselling can help you navigate life transitions, manage stress, overcome trauma, cope with mental health challenges, and improve relationships.

How do I know if counselling is right for me?

Counselling can benefit anyone who is experiencing emotional distress, seeking personal development, experienced trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship issues or looking for support in navigating life’s challenges. Yes, our counselling services are available to individuals both locally in Wollongong and remotely via secure online video conferencing. Wherever you are located, we are here to support you on your journey towards healing and personal growth.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer. Payment is typically due at the time of service.

Are your counsellors qualified therapists?

Additionally, our therapists are registered with professional regulatory bodies and adhere to strict ethical guidelines and standards of practice. They all engage in lifelong professional development, keeping them up to date with the latest skills.  You can trust that you’ll receive professional and compassionate care from our team of dedicated therapists.

Do you accept Mental Health Care Plans?
